RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning by employing a variety of appropriate teaching strategies.
 Encourage student enthusiasm for the learning process and the development of good study habits.
 Uses effective oral and written expression.
 Evaluates accomplishments of students on a regular basis using multiple assessment methods such as teacher made tests, samples of students' work, mastery skills check lists, criterion-referenced tests and norm-referenced tests.

Requirements::

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Education / Teaching / Training or equivalent
 Required skill: Proficiency in English
 With teaching experience in IELTS and ESL is an advantage
 With at least 6 months related work experience
 Must be patient, flexible, and dynamic in servicing non-English speakers
 Detail-oriented and has high tolerance for stress
 Basic computer literacy
 Friendly, approachable and well-mannered
 Pro-actively seeks to develop professionally
 Able to reflect on and learn from experience
 Fresh graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply
